Quality personal training in Sydney is hard to find and, until you’ve experienced what good coaching is, it’s hard to justify the cost.

Our private coaching service provides value for money for individuals that are time poor and working towards defined goals like recovery or rehabilitation from injuries, sports specific training or body composition.

 

We pride ourselves on the relationships we build with the people we coach. Respectful and committed partnerships are a two-way street and this is an integral part of our coaching philosophy. Watching and listening intently to your feedback is how we provide customised personal training programs backed by science.

How it

works
01.

Discovery

We sit down and find out what’s important to you. Sometimes your goals are not clear until you’ve had a chance to discuss them at length with your coach. We also discover what your mind and body has been through. Tissue stores trauma and, even if you don’t realise it, your body will tell us through movement.

02.

Planning

A program is just a long-term plan — we will develop your program based on our discovery conversations and discuss with you how much assistance you would like in executing this plan. Coaching sessions will be 60 minutes but, depending on your goals, your training sessions may take up to 90-120 minutes to complete. We recommend most clients train with us 1–3 times per week to allow for adequate time to go over your training program together.

Progress

If you’re just starting your fitness journey, your first year with a coach will be filled with progress and results as we identify and work on your shortfalls. For experienced athletes without glaringly obvious deficits, progress is harder to come by and requires patience and dedication to the craft with a coach you trust. Your program will also need to be reviewed periodically to account for the adaptations we are training towards and the progress you make.
