2. Schedule Your Consultation: We want to make sure Kindred Lift is right for you. Book a free 15-minute phone consultation with us to discuss your fitness goals and how we can help you achieve them.
3. Join the Community: When you decide to join Kindred Lift, we'll get you started on the next intake date, or earlier if you prefer to get stuck straight in.
4. Attend Your Group Orientation: Before your start date, participate in a welcoming onboarding session. Meet your coaches, learn more about your program, and get everything set up for your journey.
5. Begin Your Journey: Start your journey with Kindred Lift. We're excited to see you grow and we're here to support you every step of the way.

Semi-private strength & conditioning coaching
Making strength & conditioning accessible to everyone, regardless of their experience and current fitness level
Our signature small group training service focuses on building strength and conditioning in a supervised environment. This program is comparable to a semi-private PT experience for a fraction of the cost. Our team is heavily invested in each individual’s progress as well as providing a community support network.
How does it
Kindred Lift is a bespoke small group strength and conditioning coaching service that aims to empower you to become stronger and fitter and be the best version of yourself, while minimising aches and pains.

Broken up into 4-week blocks AND 12-WEEK CYCLES
Experience a structured training program created through a systematic approach designed to help you get the best results.

Periodisation of movements
Your body is an instrument, you just need to know how to play. We will teach you how to use it through a select few exercises that have stood the test of time in creating a strong body.

Progressive overloading
No matter your starting level, feel yourself getting stronger each week with achievable goals.
04.
7 unique training days per week
With each training day offering something different, but still touching on all the key strength and conditioning elements, you can enjoy variety while still seeing all the benefits of a structured program. We recommend a minimum of 3 sessions per week and welcome you for as many as you like.
05.
60-minute sessions
Combined strength and conditioning sessions are 60 minutes. Capped memberships and a small capacity in our strength and conditioning sessions ensure you always have the support of a specialist coach.
06.
Time left over to enjoy life!
Following our structured training method will provide countless long-term health benefits such as increased bone density, stronger connective tissue, and reduced risk of sarcopenia, as well as some short-term benefits of improved posture, structural balance, and movement quality.
