If you’re not familiar with us yet, we’re Kindred Training, a community-focused gym aiming to empower individuals with little barbell training experience or those lacking confidence in a gym environment. We specialize in strength and conditioning programs focusing on prehab movements and delivering world-class coaching in a safe, encouraging environment.
