Yes. Many members have old injuries — we help you train safely and can work closely with your physio to align with your overall plan whilst working around any limitations.
You’ll chat 1:1 with a coach about your goals, challenges, and what you want from training. Together, you’ll map out a plan that suits you.
Our core Strength and Conditioning sessions run with only 8-members per sessions.
Small enough to provide personal coaching every session — big enough to feel supported by the community.
Not at all. We recognise that some members want to join Kindred Lift for short terms to get them back into the swing of training, although most members stay with us for much longer.
Our memberships have a simple 30-day notice period so you have complete flexibility.
Don’t stress. We run rolling intakes every few weeks — plus some members start between intakes if they feel confident to get going without orientation.
